快布放围油栏用于海上或港口等水域环境中围控溢油，平时产品卷绕机上，工作时无需充气即可布放下水，因此快布放围油栏为目前布放速度最快的新型水域溢油围控装备。

结构：

其主体是重型聚氨酯软布或聚氯乙烯与上独立浮体由2层的聚氨酯或聚氯乙烯，裙状中心部分是由聚氨酯或聚氯乙烯，下部分是包裹着配重链。部分是相互连接，快速接头和配重链连接的枷锁。此外，每个卷轴配有2台拖拉机装置。

每个臂长度可按要求制作，如果没有，默认长度为50每一条200米的卷轴。

Structure:

Its main body is heavy polyurethane, soft cloth or polyvinyl chloride and upper independent floating body, consists of 2 layers of polyurethane or polyvinyl chloride, the skirt shaped center part is made of polyurethane or polyvinyl chloride, and the lower part is wrapped with counterweight chain. The parts are interconnected, the quick couplings and the counterweight chains are joined to the yoke. In addition, each reel is equipped with 2 tractor devices. Each arm length can be made as required; if not, the default length is 50, each 200 meters reel.
